How a Vinxee kit gets made
Four steps from first message to delivered kit. Most teams finish the whole process inside a week.
1
Share your idea
Message us on WhatsApp with your design file, a reference photo, or simply your team name, colours and logo. Anything you have is enough to start.
2
Approve the mockup
Our designer sends a digital mockup with your logo, sponsors, names and numbers in place. We revise it until you are happy with it.
3
Confirm and pay advance
Approve the artwork, share your squad list with sizes, and pay the advance. Production starts the same day the advance clears.
4
Printed, stitched, delivered
Sublimation printing and stitching happen in our own unit. We send real photos of the finished kit before dispatch — usually 5–7 working days.
What we make
Sublimation printing means the design is part of the fabric — it will not crack, peel or fade in the wash.

Esports & gamingGamer jerseys with player tags, org logos and sponsor panels — ideal for small runs and one-offs.
Training & warm-upPractice tees, tracksuits, hoodies and warm-up shirts in matching team colours.

Recent work
Two kits we built recently — both started as a message on WhatsApp with nothing more than a photo and a logo.
Basketball · Full squad
The Dementors
The team sent us a photo of a kit they liked and asked for the same look in their own colours. Our designer rebuilt the artwork from scratch — panel shapes, side stripe, collar and sponsor placement — and returned a mockup the same day.
Once the design was approved we laid out the full squad sheet with every player’s name and number, printed it, stitched it and shipped the complete set.

Islamabad Warriors
The Warriors came with a logo and a colour direction. We built the kit around it, placed the club badge and sponsor panels, and prepared a single print layout covering every shirt in the squad so the whole team came off the press matched.

Send us these details and you will have a quote and a mockup back quickly. Nothing here is compulsory — message us with whatever you have and we will fill in the rest together.
- Sport and style — cricket, football, basketball, esports; half or full sleeve.
- Quantity — how many shirts, and whether you need trousers or shorts too.
- Design — your file, a reference photo, or just the colours you want.
- Logo and sponsors — PNG, PDF, AI, PSD or CDR; the sharper the file, the sharper the print.

Custom kit questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. We print single pieces as happily as full squad sets. Message us with your squad size and we will put a quote together for you.
Can I send my own design file?
Yes, and we prefer it. Send your artwork on WhatsApp — PDF, AI, PSD, CDR or a high-resolution PNG all work. If your file is already a print-ready sublimation file, we simply print exactly what you sent.
What if I only have a photo of a kit I like?
That is enough. Most of our orders start that way. Our designer rebuilds the look in your colours with your logo and sends you a mockup before anything is printed.
Can you add names, numbers and sponsor logos?
Yes. Player names, squad numbers, club badges and sponsor panels can all be placed anywhere on the kit. Share your squad list and logo files and we will lay the whole team out in one print sheet.
How long does a custom kit take?
Most custom orders are printed, stitched and dispatched within 5–7 working days of approval. Large squads or peak tournament season can take slightly longer — tell us your match date and we will confirm before you place the order.
Can I change my order after confirming?
You have 2 hours after confirming to change sizes, names, numbers or the design. After that the order is locked and sent to production, because printing and stitching for your kit have already begun.
Do you deliver outside Islamabad?
Yes — we deliver nationwide across Pakistan, with cash on delivery available. International shipping can be arranged on request; message us for a shipping quote.
Can I see the kit before it ships?
Always. You approve a digital mockup before production, and we send real photographs of the finished kit before it leaves our unit.
