Order Terms

These terms apply to every order placed with Vinxee. Placing an order means you accept them. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we'll explain it.

Advance payment

• Orders above Rs 5,000 require a Rs 1,000 advance payment to confirm the order.
• Any customised item — including a custom name, custom number, or custom design — requires a 50% advance payment to confirm, whatever the order value.

Production begins only after the advance payment is received. The remaining balance is paid either before dispatch or at the time of delivery, depending on the payment method you choose.

Customisation charges

Customisation covers any personalised name and number, or any custom design request.

• Custom name and number — Rs 200
• Full sleeve add-on — Rs 300
• Your own design — no extra charge, provided you supply a print-ready sublimation file. If we have to create or redraw the artwork for you, the custom design charges below apply.

Custom design charges

• A non-refundable advance of Rs 500 is required for any custom design. This covers the designing work only.
• The remaining jersey cost is paid by cash on delivery.
• The jersey price is exactly as listed on the website at the time of order.
• The Rs 500 design advance is strictly for designing and is not adjusted against the jersey price.
• Once the design is finalised and approved, the order moves into production.
• Customised jerseys are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Order confirmation and changes

Changes to size, name, number or design can be requested within 2 hours of order confirmation. After 2 hours the order is locked. Any change requested later is treated as a new order, additional charges may apply, and the delivery timeline restarts.

Returns and exchanges for customised items

Customised products are made to order and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there is an error or defect on our side — a printing fault, or the wrong item sent — we will remake or replace the product at no cost to you.

Non-customised items follow our standard refund policy.

Delivery timeline

Standard delivery is typically 5 to 7 business days. Delivery to remote cities, towns and villages may take an additional 1 to 2 business days due to courier coverage and route schedules. Rush delivery may be available at an additional fee, subject to feasibility and current workload.
